In the previous post I showed you how to use LastPass<\/em> to register for multiple Safelists<\/em> very fast and save your login information. Today, I am going to show Safelist Marketing tips<\/strong> to send your email messages very quickly in just a couple of clicks.<\/p>\n

If you have an average of 30 Safelists<\/em> to email to everyday, you imagine how long it can take to copy and paste your subject, your email body and your link in each mailer… LastPast<\/em> can help you to do it fast.<\/p>\n

Safelist Marketing Tips \u2013 Sending your Email message<\/h2>\n

3)\u00a0LastPass \u2013 Sending emails<\/strong><\/p>\n

You just have to set this once and you will be able to post your ad to all\u00a0Safelists<\/em> very fast.<\/p>\n

Locate the\u00a0LastPass<\/em>\u00a0icon on the toolbar and click\u00a0\u201cMy LastPass Vault\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n

The vault opens. Click on the\u00a0\u201cForm Fill Profiles\u201d<\/em>\u00a0link and then\u00a0\u201cAdd profile\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n

A new profile will opens. Click on the\u00a0\u201cCustom fields\u201d<\/em>\u00a0link and give a name to the profile.<\/p>\n

In this case I gave the name UVIoO<\/a>, one of the program I am promoting.<\/p>\n

Then I filled in the 3 fields: subject, message and link.<\/p>\n

The “Text to find”<\/em> custom fields are the fields located in the form of the Safelists<\/em> and the “value to fill”<\/em> are the details of the email message.<\/p>\n

There are more than 3\u00a0“Text to find”<\/em> fields to create.<\/p>\n

They are:<\/strong><\/p>\n

subject<\/em>
\nmessage<\/em>
\nbodytext<\/em>
\nAdText<\/em>
\ntxt_msg<\/em>
\nlink<\/em>
\ntxt_affiliate_url<\/em>
\nfrmEmailText<\/em>
\nMEMBERURL<\/em>
\nhttps:\/\/<\/em>
\nurl<\/em><\/p>\n

These 11 custom fields<\/span> work in most mailers, you may add more. When you are done click on “Save Form Fill Profile”<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Message Personalization<\/h3>\n

Safelists<\/em> use different codes to personalize your email messages and have the first name of the Safelist member show in the message and the subject like: “Hello Mike,”<\/em><\/p>\n

The codes are:<\/strong><\/p>\n

#FIRSTNAME#<\/em>
\n%fn<\/em>
\n[[first_name]]<\/em>
\n[FIRST_NAME]<\/em>
\n[fname]<\/em>
\n{FIRSTNAME}<\/em>
\n~fname~<\/em><\/p>\n

The previous message you set up in LastPass was the default message for the Safelists<\/em> that have personalization disabled. Now you can repeat the process and create a profile for each personalization type.<\/p>\n

Look at what I have:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Just repeat the process shown earlier for each code. In this example\u00a0[FIRST_NAME].<\/em><\/p>\n

Now it’s time to send your email in the Safelist<\/em> mailer.<\/p>\n

The Subject, Email message and URL fields are automatically populated when the profile “UVioO\u00a0[FIRST_NAME]”<\/em> is selected. <\/em>You\u00a0just have to enter the number of credits you want to use and click the “Send”<\/em> button. Each mailer indicates the code that has to be used for personalization and you just have to use the corresponding\u00a0LastPass<\/em> profile.<\/p>\n
