Create a simple web form in GetResponse

In this tutorial I am going to show you step by step how to create a simple web form in GetResponse. The web form is going to be the simplest possible without any design in order to be used in squeeze pages where the design is already in place. What is needed is the HTML code to collect the name and email address to be sent to the GetResponse auto-responder.

The “Thank-you” page is the page you want people to go to just after they have subscribed successfully. It is usually the landing page with the video or the eBook you have offered for signing-up or the sale page.

Click on the “Show Advanced” link (see image above).

Keep the 3 options as default.

The Track Web Form Users (ref) is very important, it will tell you where your leads are coming from. In this example, you are going to use this web form on a squeeze page that you will promote via Safelists, nothing else. That will be the way for you to see if the traffic source gives you results or not.

Keep the Tracking custom field as the default.
