A Second Beautiful Day in Hua Hin

After breakfast we hit the road in direction of Maruekhathaiyawan Palace, a teak wood palace on the beach near Hua Hin. This is a place that my parents in law wanted to see. During our last trip a year ago, it was a holiday and closed for the public. We were luckier this time. Very quickly it started to be very hot and we walked back to the car under the shade of the trees.

Then, we had lunch in a Japanese restaurant at the local Tesco Lotus to profit from some air conditioning must needed. We went back to the room waiting for the weather to cool down and we left for the beach at around 4:00 p.m. Christina certainly did not want to miss one day playing in the water.

Here she is again.

And of course she did not want to leave and I had to get her back.

We had our evening meal at the Supatra Sea Food restaurant in front of the beach. The atmosphere is nice, the view is fantastic and the sea food is excellent. It is a little pricey, but worth it.

Tomorrow we will be leaving Hua Hin to Cha-am for our last day at the beach.
